2.The completely fixed wide worktable with brush and ball steel compound surface can protect material surface well, feed material steadily, without noise, which fits to process stainless steel and the similar materials which need surface protection.
3.The high precision thick turret is made of high strength nodular cast iron with fine workmanship, well self-lubricating and high guiding accuracy. The international universal long guiding toolings have long service life. The unique worm and gear structure can eliminate side gap and get high indexing accuracy.
4.The high performance feeding system assembled with four guide rails beam and floating clamps assure the rapid motion and accurate locating of plate.
5. The top international CNC system and servo unit have good performance, the international famous brand electric components can work steadily and reliably.
6. The design of movable operating table, tool window, automatic roll-over table, centralized lubrication, automatic programming and so on makes operating and maintaining easy.
7.The whole thick steel welded plate with high strength, rigidity go through advanced heat treatment and shot blast cleaning process which eliminate inner stress to assure the precision of machine in a long run and extend the service life of tooling maximally.
