Four Rollers Plate Bending Machine

☆ Usage&Features:

• Four Rollers Bending machine is mainly for bending steel sheet. One time in-feeding workpiece can realize pre-bending and bending steel sheet for forming Cylindrical, curved workpieces. The remaining Right-angle side is very small (it is 1 to 2.5 times of plate sheet thickness)

• Top roller and bottom roller are active driving rollers, side roller is a follower driven roller. Top roller’s position is fixed, bottom roller and side roller can move up and down.

• < > and bottom rollers are mechanical transmission. Side rollers is driven by friction between the plate and rollers, bottom roller and side roller are diven by worm screw and lifting screw.

  Each roller bearing body and the worm gear reducer device are installed on the left and right ends of the rack. Left and right frame is the subject of four-roll bending machine, it is welded structure, mounted on a welded base, all operations are carried out at the operating table.
